Works to the new unit include stripping out all FF&E and finishes, M&E and A/C alterations/installations, new shopfront, new walls & ceilings, redecoration, creation of a treatment centre and installation of 14 workstations and 4 backwash units.
Programme of works anticipated to be carried out over 3 week period.
Basement works for the creation of the new treatment centre is to include damp proofing/treatment, ventilation and dryling.
Close liaison with the owners to ensure continuity of operation between the existing salon and the new, especially during the moving period of 2 days.
