Works to the bedrooms and corridors include stripping out all FF&E and finishes, M&E alterations, redecoration, new carpets, curtains, headboard and FF&E items including lamp shades and artwork.
Programme of works anticipated to be carried out over 16 week period.
Works to bathrooms include retiling, new Sanitaryware/brassware, decorations and lighting.
Close liaison with the hotel operations team and liaising with housekeeping required to maintain operations.
